Compared with the same period of the year, one of the following conditions is less rainfall, which is expressed by frequency: 1. Monthly decrease of more than 25% for three consecutive months; 2. Monthly decrease of more than 50% for two consecutive months; 3. Monthly decrease of more than 80%.
