Heilongjiang Province

In 2014, the disaster situation in Heilongjiang Province was lighter than that in recent years, with flood and hail disasters as the main disasters, and the affected population and the affected area of crops were the lowest in recent years.

1.More rain in early spring and lower temperature in autumn affect production and life

In spring, the average precipitation of the whole province is 111.3 mm, nearly 40% more than that of the same period of the year, ranking the sixth in history since 1961; compared with the same period of previous years, most of Yichun, some areas of Songnen Plain and the west of Sanjiang Plain are more than 50%, and Huachuan, Tangyuan, Yilan and Fangzheng are more than twice as much. 2.Wind and hail disasters occur frequently and agricultural production is greatly affected

From May to the end of the year, wind and hail disasters occurred in different degrees in each month. In particular, in the middle of July, several counties (cities and districts) in Harbin and Suihua had strong winds with the maximum wind force of force 9 or above, mixed with hailstones with a diameter of about 2 cm, as a result, crops in some plots fell down, and economic crops such as melons, vegetables and flue-cured tobacco were almost out of production.
