Online map of comprehensive risk assessment of natural disasters (D Ⅱ) in Wenchuan disaster area in China comes from the Wenchuan Earthquake Disaster Atlas, the scale of the map is 1:4000000, which is compiled by the Wenchuan Earthquake Disaster Atlas compilation committee, and published by Chengdu Map Publishing House.
The Wenchuan Earthquake Disaster Atlas is based on the work results of the expert group and closely focuses on the theme of "Wenchuan Earthquake Disaster". After the Wenchuan earthquake, the National Disaster Reduction Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly established an earthquake relief expert group, bringing together more than 30 ministries and commissions from the Ministry of Science and Technology, including the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Water Resources, the China Earthquake Administration, the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Experts and scholars have carried out multidisciplinary comprehensive research on the Wenchuan earthquake, obtained a large amount of monitoring information and evaluation data, and obtained fruitful research results.
Comprehensive risk assessment of natural disasters in disaster areas (D Ⅱ)
According to the historical disaster data, mainly the data of earthquake disaster, landslide, collapse disaster and flood disaster, build the comprehensive risk index of county-level natural disaster in Wenchuan earthquake area, make a macro evaluation of the natural disaster situation of each county, understand the historical disaster situation of each county in the earthquake stricken area, and provide basis for the recovery and reconstruction of the earthquake area.
The weight of earthquake, landslide, debris flow and other secondary geological disasters is 0.4, and the weight of flood is 0.2. Finally, the comprehensive risk degree Di is obtained. According to the histogram distribution of Di data, the comprehensive risk degree of each county is divided into four grades: extremely high (0.3 ~ 0.6), high (0.17 ~ 0.3), medium (0.1 ~ 0.17) and low (0 ~ 0.1).
Considering the comprehensive risk degree of collapse and landslide point distribution after Wenchuan earthquake, the seismic weight is 0.4, the weight of geological disasters such as historical landslide is 0.3, and the weight of secondary geological disasters after Wenchuan earthquake is 0.1. Finally, the natural disaster risk DiI is obtained. According to the histogram distribution of DiI data and the breakpoint classification method, the comprehensive risk of each county is divided into four grades: extremely high (0.25 ~ 0.6), high (0.15 ~ 0.25), medium (0.1 ~ 0.15) and low (0 ~ 0.1).
