Fractional score calculator

There are a few numbers after the decimal point. Some of them take the original decimal and remove the decimal point and divide it by a multiple of 10.

E.g:

In decimal 3.1, if the score is 31 divided by 10, 3.11, then 311 is divided by 100~ can be divided into points.
