Mathematically, Gaussian elimination method (or translation: Gaussian elimination method) is an algorithm in linear algebra, which can be used to solve linear equations, find the rank of the matrix, and find the inverse matrix of the reversible square matrix. When used in a matrix, the Gaussian elimination method produces a "row ladder". Gaussian elimination can be used in computers to solve thousands of equations and unknowns. However, this algorithm can be time consuming if there are over a million equations. Some very large equations are usually solved by iterative methods. There are also methods that are specifically used to solve some of the equations with specially arranged coefficients.
