APP description

The number of years in AD can be divided by 4 into a leap year, but the number of years in the whole hundred (0 in the single and ten digits) must be divisible by 400 to be a leap year (for example, 1900 is not a leap year). For example: 1997 was a normal year, 2002 was a normal year, 1996 was a leap year, and 2000 was a leap year. There are 28 days in February in a normal year and 29 days in February of a leap year.
