Relative humidity refers to the percentage of vapor pressure in the air and saturated vapor pressure. The ratio of the absolute humidity of the wet air to the maximum absolute humidity that can be achieved at the same temperature. It can also be expressed as the ratio of the partial pressure of water vapor in humid air to the saturation pressure of water at the same temperature.
